This hiking route will take you through a beautiful area with a total distance of 1.737 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The route is an out-and-back type, with the destination being the Flaggenturm.
Starting off, you will find a parking area right at the beginning of the trail, allowing for convenient access. As you continue on, at a distance of 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will come across the Rebstöckel restaurant, where you can grab a bite to eat before or after your hike.
Further along the trail at 0.42 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Dammweg / Krähhöhlenweg information point, providing you with interesting insights about the area. Continuing on, you will find the Weinwanderwege rund um Wachenheim information point at 0.26 kilometers from the start, offering more knowledge about the surrounding vineyard trails.
One of the main highlights of the hike is the Flaggenturm, a tower located 0.87 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the area. This is a great spot to rest and take in the scenery before heading back.
