This hiking route will take you to the beautiful Lustenauer Hütte in the scenic area of Vorarlberg. The trail is an out-and-back type, spanning a distance of approximately 7.059 kilometers with an elevation gain of 185 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. About 0.36 kilometers from the start, you will find parking (P2) for your convenience. As you continue on, at around 2.26 kilometers, there is a drinking water point available for hikers. Further ahead, at 2.67 kilometers, you will come across another drinking water point and information about the area at Älpele.

Midway through the hike, at 3.53 kilometers, you will reach Lustenauer Hütte, where you can take a break and enjoy the alpine hut atmosphere. Here, you can refuel and rest before heading back on the trail.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter several benches for resting, viewpoints for capturing stunning vistas, and information points to learn more about the surroundings. It is recommended to bring an ample water supply, sturdy hiking boots, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging but fulfilling journey.
