This extremely difficult hiking route will take you through the breathtaking area of Sasseneire. The trail stretches for 12.711 kilometers and offers an elevation gain of 967 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure.
As you embark on this hike, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find Alpage de Torrent, a picturesque alpine pasture where you can take in the stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the route, you will reach Lac des Autannes, a serene mountain lake located approximately 3.86 kilometers from the start.
As you continue your trek, you'll pass by Col de Torrent, a scenic mountain pass situated 5.12 kilometers from the starting point. Make sure to stop and admire the panoramic views from this high vantage point. Additionally, you will encounter Sasseneire, a prominent peak located around 6.36 kilometers from the trailhead. The summit offers a rewarding vista of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
