The trail starts at a parking area located 0.15 kilometers from the beginning of the route. As you begin your hike, you will pass by another parking area right at the start of the trail. Make sure to have your hiking essentials like water and snacks before setting off.
Around the 5 kilometer mark, you will come across a water source, providing a refreshing break and a chance to refill your water bottles. Continuing on, at approximately 4.25 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter a saddle known as Col Bourget, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, at 4.95 kilometers, you will reach a peak, followed by another peak at 5.37 kilometers. The highlight of the hike, Rocca Nera, presents itself at 5.7 kilometers into the journey. This peak offers breathtaking views and a perfect spot to rest and take in the scenery.
