Starting at the Parkplatz Seebergsattel, you will find ample parking space to leave your vehicle before embarking on your journey. As you begin the hike, you will come across the Fernwanderwegkreuz memorial, a historical landmark just 0.04 kilometers from the start.

Midway through the hike, at around 7.07 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Kastenriegel saddle, offering a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding scenery. Nearby, you'll find the Graualm alpine hut at 4.81 kilometers from the start, where you can rest and refuel.

Throughout the hike, you will encounter several water features, including picturesque streams and rivers, providing opportunities to cool off and replenish your water supply. Be sure to bring an adequate amount of water, as the trail is long and challenging.

As you near the end of the route, at approximately 12.48 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a rock formation known as Kastenriegel. This natural landmark offers a unique backdrop for photos and a final point of interest before heading back.
