Welcome to The Avenue hiking route in South Cambridgeshire. This moderate 6.025 km out-and-back trail offers a pleasant hiking experience with no elevation gain.

As you start your journey, you will come across a water source at the beginning of the trail, approximately 1.65 km from the start. Make sure to refill your water bottles here. Further along the path, around the 3.01 km mark, you will encounter two more water points to keep you hydrated.

If you are driving to the trailhead, there is a parking area conveniently located right at the start of the route. You can leave your vehicle there and begin your adventure on foot.

As you proceed along the trail, you will find a bicycle parking area at the beginning and a bench around 0.33 km into the hike, providing opportunities to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
