This hiking route is a 10.373-kilometer circular trail with an elevation gain of 674 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 5 minutes to complete. The trail starts at a parking area and takes you through a picturesque area with breathtaking views.
As you start your adventure, you will come across the Hirschenhütte and Waldgasthof Angertal restaurants within the first 0.04 kilometers of the trail. These are great spots to grab a bite to eat before continuing on your journey. Further along the trail, around the 4.39-kilometer mark, you will find the Feldinghütte and Baldaufhütte alpine huts, perfect for a rest and some accommodation if needed.
