This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Corna Mara. The trail spans a distance of 12.039 kilometers with an elevation gain of 1210 meters, making it an extremely difficult hike that will test your endurance and stamina.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Rifugio Alpini Santo Stefano alpine hut located approximately 1.28 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to take a rest and soak in the stunning alpine scenery.

Further along the trail, at the 5.55 kilometer mark, you will encounter the Bocchetta del Torresello saddle, offering panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and valleys.

At the midway point of the hike, about 6.02 kilometers from the start, you will reach the peak of Corna Mara, where you can enjoy breathtaking views as a reward for your efforts.

Along the way, you will also find convenient amenities such as drinking water sources located at 0.75 and 1.28 kilometers from the start to keep you hydrated throughout your trek.

It is important to note that this route is an out-and-back trail, so you will retrace your steps on the way back to the starting point.
