This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Cabane de Sorniot. The trail is 5.49 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 492 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you will pass by Les Garettes parking area, located just 4.16 meters from the trailhead. From there, you will continue on the trail, passing by Cabane de Sorniot Alpine Hut around the midway point of the route. This hut is a great spot to take a break, enjoy the views, and maybe even grab a snack.

Along the way, you will also find a drinking water source located 110 meters off the trail, so make sure to bring plenty of water with you to stay hydrated throughout the hike.
