This challenging 9.518-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the majestic peak of Holzberg. The trail begins with a parking area conveniently situated at the start. As you embark on your journey, you will come across a drinking water station approximately 0.16 kilometers from the beginning of the trail, a perfect spot to refill your water bottle before continuing onwards.

Around the midway point of the hike, you will encounter another drinking water station, this time located off the trail. Be sure to keep this in mind for your return journey to stay hydrated. As you approach the peak of Holzberg, situated 4.76 kilometers from the start, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

With an elevation gain of 1018 meters, this hike is classified as difficult and is recommended for experienced hikers.
