This extremely difficult 17.392-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Quille du Diable ou Tour Saint-Martin in the stunning region.

Starting at the parking area, you will set off on the trail, passing by the Basin d'accumulation de la Lizerne just 0.72 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, you will come across the pristine Cabane de Prarochet alpine hut at the 6.64-kilometer mark, offering a perfect resting spot.

Further along the trail, at the 8.7-kilometer mark, you will reach the Quille du Diable ou Tour Saint-Martin peak, with its mesmerizing views. Nearby, you can explore the fascinating geological features at the Géomorphologie de Tsanfleuron site.

For sustenance, the Refuge L'Espace restaurant is located 8.7 kilometers from the start, offering a place to refuel before your return journey. As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the Auberge du Godet restaurant, located 0.1 kilometers from the start.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter various informational points of interest, such as the Poteu des Etales at 3.39 kilometers and the Glacier / Karst feature at 6.64 kilometers.
