Welcome to the hiking route in Hardelot-Plage! This moderate difficulty out-and-back trail spans approximately 6.058 kilometers with no elevation gain. Before embarking on this adventure, make sure to pack plenty of water and check the weather forecast.
As you start your journey, you will come across two parking areas at the trailhead, making it convenient for hikers to park their vehicles. Around 0.85 kilometers into the hike, you will spot a beautiful beach, perfect for a quick rest stop to enjoy the scenic views.
Further along the trail, at approximately 0.09 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Stèle Commandant Mouchotte memorial, a historic site that pays tribute to the renowned figure. As you continue, at 0.13 kilometers into the hike, you will also find interesting ruins that add a touch of history to your trek.
Midway through the trail, at around 2.6 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source, allowing you to refill your supplies and stay hydrated. Additionally, at 2.86 and 2.95 kilometers respectively, more water spots are available for your convenience. Further along, at 3.03 kilometers into the hike, you will come across ruins that add a unique charm to the surroundings.
Towards the end of the trail, at a distance of 3.03 kilometers, you will find another water source to replenish your water bottles before heading back. Finally, as you conclude your hike, take a moment to appreciate the beauty of Hardelot-Plage and the memorable experience you've had on this picturesque trail.
