Welcome to the hiking route to Schönkahler! This 8.25-kilometer out-and-back trail offers breathtaking views and a challenging yet rewarding experience. The route starts at a parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on this adventure.

As you make your way along the trail, you will come across the Zugspitzblick restaurant, situated just a short distance from the start. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before continuing your journey.

As you continue hiking, you will encounter several points of interest along the way. At 1.31 kilometers from the start, you will find an information point, offering insights into the surrounding area. Further along, at 2.84 kilometers, you will reach the peak of Rehbichl, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the landscape.

Midway through the hike, at 3.08 kilometers, you will come across the peak of Pirschling, another great vantage point for taking in the scenery. Be sure to take a break at one of the benches along the trail to rest and recharge before continuing your ascent.

As you near the end of the trail, you will reach the highlight of the hike - the peak of Schönkahler. At 4.13 kilometers from the start, this is the perfect spot to take in the stunning views and snap some photos to capture the moment.
