This hiking route will take you to Gscheideggkogel, a peak with stunning views in the Radmer area. The trail is 7.316 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 823 meters, making it a difficult hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.
As you start your hike, you will come across the Kupferschaubergwerk Radmer, an attraction located 0.15 kilometers from the start of the trail. You can visit the copper mine and learn about its history before continuing your journey. Further along the trail, at 1.76 kilometers from the start, you will find the Neuburgalm, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.
Midway through the hike, at 3.66 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Gscheideggkogel peak. Take some time to soak in the panoramic views of the surrounding area before heading back. Along the trail, you will also find drinking water stations, benches to rest, and informational signs to enhance your hiking experience.
