This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and some interesting points of interest along the way. The total distance of the hike is 4.273 kilometers with an elevation gain of 335 meters, making it a moderate difficulty level.

Starting at the parking area, you will begin your journey through the trail. At the beginning of the hike, you will come across the wayside shrine at a distance of 0.18 kilometers from the start. Further along the trail, at around 2.12 kilometers, you will find the peak called Planwipfel, although it is not directly on the trail.

One of the highlights of the hike is the Simonywarte viewpoint, located at 2.14 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to take in panoramic views of the surrounding area. Additionally, you will find a bench named Muskatnuss at the same location, perfect for taking a rest and enjoying the scenery.

It is important to note that there is a parking area with a fee located at the beginning of the trail and another parking area without a fee midway through the hike. Make sure to bring enough water and snacks for the journey, and always check the weather forecast before starting your hike.
