This hiking route is set in a picturesque area with numerous points of interest along the way. Starting at the parking area, hikers will embark on a 4.71-kilometer out-and-back trail that offers an easy level of difficulty, making it suitable for all skill levels.

As you begin your journey, you will come across the Restaurant am Herrnhof, located just 0.06 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to grab a bite to eat or a refreshing drink before or after your hike.

As you continue along the trail, you will encounter several water features, including fountains and natural water sources. These serene spots provide a perfect opportunity to rest and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Be sure to bring plenty of water with you, as these may be the only water sources along the trail.

Midway through the hike, at around 2.36 kilometers from the start, you will find the Wanderregion Dillberg - Postbauer Heng information point. Here, you can learn more about the area and its history, adding an educational aspect to your outdoor adventure.

Towards the end of the trail, at approximately 2.1 kilometers from the start, you will come across another information point, the Wanderzirkus Neumarkt. This is a great opportunity to gather more information about the area and perhaps discover some hidden gems nearby.
