Welcome to the Route du Canal hiking trail! This picturesque route offers a 3.6 km easy hike with no significant elevation gain, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

Starting off at the Place du 19 Mars 1962, Parking Voie Verte, you will follow the trail that meanders alongside the canal, providing tranquil views of the waterway throughout the journey. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest:

- At the beginning of the trail, you will find the Auberge du Manoir, a charming restaurant where you can stop for a delicious meal.
- Midway through the hike, you'll come across the peaceful water of a natural reservoir at a distance of 0.42 km from the start.
- At the 1.8 km mark, you will find a lovely picnic site ideal for a rest and snack break.
- Around 1.8 km into your hike, you'll pass by the Ancienne Écluse, an ancient lock along the canal.
- Near the end of the trail, you can explore the memorial site and gather information about the historic significance of the area.
