This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with diverse points of interest to explore along the way. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 5.772 kilometers and no significant elevation gain, making it a moderate difficulty hike suitable for most hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will come across a parking area nearby for your convenience. As you embark on your journey, at around 2.75 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a natural water source where you can refill your water bottle and take a refreshing break.
Further along the trail, you will encounter the Juvina Quelle 1, known for its pristine drinking water, as well as the Römische Bernsteinstraße, an ancient Roman road that provides a glimpse into the area's rich history.
Around 0.08 kilometers from the start, you will find the Harkauerdenkmal memorial and a couple of benches where you can sit and admire the surroundings. Additionally, you will come across a tomb with a Roman sarcophagus, adding an element of archaeology to your hiking experience.
Towards the end of the hike, approximately 0.0 kilometers from the start, you will discover the Juvina spring, another natural water source to replenish your supplies.
