The hike starts at a convenient parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before embarking on your adventure. As you make your way along the trail, you'll come across several points of interest that add to the charm of the experience.

About 2.18 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a shelter where you can take a break and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Further along, at 1.99 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the beautiful Lac des Éguilles, a serene spot perfect for a rest stop and some scenic photos.

Continuing on, at 2.73 kilometers from the beginning, you'll reach Lac des Anguillers, another picturesque lake that adds to the beauty of the surroundings. As you approach the 2.1-kilometer mark, you'll have the opportunity to marvel at the Tête des Éguilles peak, offering breathtaking views of the landscape.

Throughout the hike, you'll also come across informative signposts and artwork that enhance your understanding of the area's natural and cultural significance. Be sure to check out the Calendrier solaire artwork at 2.85 kilometers from the start and the Uranus and Neptune artworks at 2.35 and 3.18 kilometers, respectively.

For a panoramic view, don't miss the viewpoint at 3.29 kilometers, offering a stunning vantage point to appreciate the surroundings. As you approach the end of the hike, you'll also have the chance to admire the peaks of Cinibières and Les Anguillers at 2.37 and 3.11 kilometers, respectively.

With a total elevation gain of 358 meters, this hike offers a moderate challenge suitable for hikers with some experience.
