This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Wolfsteich. The trail spans a total distance of 4.939 kilometers with an elevation gain of 154 meters, making it an easy route suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a water source just 0.29 kilometers from the starting point. Further along, at around 1.75 kilometers into the hike, there is a parking area available for your convenience.

Around the midway point of the trail, approximately 2.47 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Wolfsteich. This picturesque location offers a peaceful setting for a rest before you head back on the return journey.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter informational points, an attraction known as Milchhäusel, benches, a picnic site, and even a fast-food spot offering Thüringer Rostbratwurst.
