This hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Palanca de Presenté. The trail has a total distance of 4.218 kilometers and an elevation gain of 272 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike that will take approximately 1 hour and 39 minutes to complete.
You will start your journey at the Parking de La Espiganosa, which is conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, you will come across several points of interest. About midway through the hike, you will reach the Cascada de la Espigantosa, a beautiful waterfall that is definitely worth a visit. Further along, at approximately 2.05 kilometers from the start, you will find a refreshing spring known as Collado Comalaqueba.
For history enthusiasts, there are also some interesting sites nearby, such as the Fundición del Freixenal and the Gruta fundicion cave entrance. These historic ruins are located a short distance away from the trail and offer a glimpse into the area's past.
As you continue on your journey, be sure to check out the Indicación Angel Orus, an information point that provides insights into the local geography and wildlife. Additionally, the Clot de Chil information point is also located nearby and offers valuable information about the surrounding area.
