This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Römersee. The trail is super easy, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you'll come across the Unterer Riesbergparkplatz parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before hitting the trail. Just a short distance away, you'll find a picnic site where you can take a break and enjoy a snack.

Further along the trail, you'll reach the Feuchtbiotop Römersee, a wetland area that is home to a variety of plant and animal species. Make sure to keep an eye out for wildlife as you pass through this unique ecosystem.

At the beginning of the hike, you'll also come across the Felsenmeer, a rocky landscape that adds a touch of rugged beauty to the surroundings. Informational signs along the way will provide you with interesting facts about the area and its history.

As you continue on, you'll encounter the Urwald Felsenmeer, a pristine forest area that is a true natural wonder. Take your time to appreciate the untouched beauty of this ancient forest.

Throughout the hike, you'll find benches where you can rest and admire the scenery. Additionally, there are various informational points along the trail that provide insight into the local flora, fauna, and geology.

Be sure to bring plenty of water, especially on hot days, and check the weather forecast before setting out. With a distance of 0.861 kilometers and an elevation gain of 37 meters, this hike is a pleasant and leisurely way to explore the stunning surroundings of Römersee.
