As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area right at the beginning of the trail. Along the way, you will encounter several points of interest such as a viewpoint at 1.97 kilometers from the start, the peak of Sonnenstein at 5.16 kilometers, and various information points scattered throughout the hike.

At 3 kilometers into the trail, you will find an information point that provides insights about the area. Continuing on, you will pass by wayside shrines and benches that offer spots for rest and reflection.
