This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes and challenging terrain. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 8.93 kilometers and an elevation gain of 690 meters, making it a difficult hike that is suitable for experienced hikers.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by the Parcare Hotel Cota 1400 parking area, which is conveniently located at the start of the trail. About 0.05 kilometers into the hike, you will come across the Terasă Cota 1400 restaurant, where you can stop and grab a bite to eat before continuing on your adventure.

Midway through the hike, at around 4.14 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a natural water source where you can refill your water bottle and take a refreshing break. Just a short distance away, at 4.11 kilometers, you will find another water source, followed by the beautiful Lacul Vânturiș (Wind Lake) at 4.32 kilometers into the hike. This serene lake offers a picturesque spot to rest and take in the surrounding scenery.

As you make your way back on the trail, you will come across the Cascada mare de Sus (Upper Great Waterfall) and the Cascadele Vânturișului (Waterfalls of Vânturiș), located 3.98 kilometers from the start. These waterfalls provide a mesmerizing sight and a perfect opportunity for photography.

Towards the end of the hike, at 4.32 kilometers, you will reach Vânturișul 1 waterfall, adding to the beauty and tranquility of the trail. Before completing your journey, you can stop by the La ceaunu' crăpat restaurant, located 0.19 kilometers from the start, to enjoy a well-deserved meal.
