Welcome to the Anticima Bisalta hiking route!

Located in a picturesque area, this challenging 9.6 km circular route offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.

At the beginning of the trail, you will find a well-equipped picnic area, perfect for a relaxing break before you begin your ascent. As you make your way up, you will come across a refreshing drinking water fountain, Fontana del Musce, ideal for refilling your water bottles.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Colletto Artoundu, a beautiful saddle offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Take a moment to soak in the breathtaking scenery before continuing on.

Near the summit, you will encounter the peak of Anticima Bisalta, where you can appreciate the rewarding views of the area. Don't miss the Chiesetta Alpina, a historic wayside shrine located nearby.

After descending from the peak, you will pass by several BBQ spots, perfect for a post-hike meal with your companions. Additionally, you will find informational points scattered throughout the trail, providing insights into the local area and its surroundings.

With a total elevation gain of 1115 meters, this difficult hike is best suited for experienced hikers. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. It is recommended to check the weather forecast before embarking on this adventure.
