This challenging out-and-back hiking route, known as Descente de l'Eperon de la Route, covers a distance of approximately 11 kilometers and features an elevation gain of 959 meters, taking an estimated time of 4 hours and 55 minutes to complete. The hike begins at a parking area located right at the trailhead. As you start your journey, you will pass by the picturesque Lac des Béraudes, located 2.35 kilometers from the starting point. This tranquil lake offers a perfect spot to take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.
Continuing along the trail, you will encounter the stunning Lac des Crouserocs at the 5.04-kilometer mark. This scenic lake is a great place to capture some beautiful photos or simply relax and take in the views.
