This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes and rock formations. The trail is relatively short, spanning 1.543 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it super easy in terms of difficulty.
As you start your hike, you'll come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find parking areas, some with fees and some without. Further along, you'll encounter a water source, perfect for refilling your bottles. Be sure to bring enough water with you, as staying hydrated is crucial.
Midway through the hike, you'll pass by an information point and a food court, where you can take a break and grab a bite to eat. As you continue towards the destination, you'll notice several rock formations with names like Sasso Renato, Sasso Cucchi, Sasso Annalisa, Sasso Piccolo Cervin, Sasso Gabriel, and Sasso Spaccato, some of which are popular climbing spots.
Near the end of the trail, there are more informational points and an attraction called "Zità di Sasc - Steinerne Stadt - Città dei Sassi" to explore. The destination of this out-and-back route is the impressive Sasso Spaccato.
