As you make your way along the trail, you'll encounter two water features, one at 1.44 kilometers and the other at 1.46 kilometers, providing a refreshing stop to hydrate and enjoy the surroundings.

Midway through the hike, at approximately 5.61 kilometers, you'll reach the Pointe de la Sandonière, a peak that offers panoramic views of the area. This is a great spot to take a break and soak in the beauty of the landscape.

On the way back, you'll pass by historical landmarks such as wayside crosses at 4.81 and 4.85 kilometers, adding to the cultural significance of the hike. Additionally, there are information points scattered along the trail, providing insights into the local area and its history.
