This extremely difficult 14.624-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Scala di Bors area. The trail features a challenging elevation gain of 1577.0 meters and is estimated to take around 7 hours and 19 minutes to complete.
Starting at the parking area near the trailhead, you will begin your ascent towards the first point of interest, Bocchetta del Valé, situated approximately 6.33 kilometers from the start. This saddle offers breathtaking views and a great spot to take a break and admire the surroundings.
Continuing along the trail, you will encounter Bocchetta Valfinale at around 5.5 kilometers from the start, followed by Sella del Badile at approximately 4.48 kilometers. These natural saddles provide unique vantage points and opportunities to connect with nature.
As you trek further, you will reach Scala di Bors, a peak located 7.31 kilometers from the start. This peak offers a rewarding panoramic view of the area, making it a perfect turnaround point for the hike. Be sure to bring enough water, snacks, and proper hiking gear, as the trail is challenging and remote.
