This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Refuge de Miage. The trail is a circular route spanning 7.972 kilometers with an elevation gain of 511 meters, making it a challenging but rewarding hike.

Starting at the Parking de la Gruvaz, the trailhead is easily accessible and well-marked. As you begin your journey, you'll pass by La Gruvaz, a point of interest at the beginning of the trail where you can find some useful information. Along the way, you'll also come across drinking water sources to refill your water bottle and stay hydrated.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach Maison Neuve d'En-Haut, another informative spot where you can learn more about the area. Continuing on, you'll encounter a wayside shrine and benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.

As you approach the endpoint of the hike, you'll reach Refuge de Miage, an alpine hut where you can rest and take in the stunning views. From here, you can head back to the starting point, passing by more points of interest such as Miage and another information spot before reaching the Parking de la Gruvaz.
