The Aphrodite trail is a moderate 6.6-kilometer out-and-back hiking route that offers stunning natural beauty and historical landmarks. The trail starts at a parking area near the Bath of Aphrodite, where you can explore the mythical bathing spot of the goddess of love. Along the way, you will come across the Baths of Aphrodite Restaurant, perfect for a rest and some local cuisine just 0.03 kilometers from the start.
As you continue on the trail, you will encounter the picturesque Baths of Aphrodite waterfall, located halfway through the hike at 0.5 kilometers from the start. This natural attraction is a great spot to take in the serene beauty of the area. Further along the trail, at 3.26 kilometers from the start, you will find the Moutti tis Sotiras peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
For history buffs, there are ruins of Pyrgos tis Rigainas and Πύργος της Ρύγαινας located at 2.35 kilometers from the start, giving insight into the region's past. Additionally, there are several benches and viewpoints along the trail for hikers to rest and enjoy the scenery.
