Welcome to the hiking route to the East Peak of Shibaong Mountain! This trail offers a super easy hike with a total distance of 1.666 kilometers and no elevation gain.
Starting at the parking area, you will pass by Butterfly Garden and Citing Ecological Pool. Further along the trail, you will encounter Mei Yiqi's Tomb and Lion Pavilion. As you continue, you will reach the peak of Shibaong Mountain where you can enjoy panoramic views from Guangming Peak.
Along the way, you will find several benches to rest and picnic areas to relax. Make sure to stay hydrated by refilling your water bottle at the drinking water stations. Don't forget to check out the artwork titled "Silent Conversation" and the NE68 Garden Monument.
As this is an out-and-back route, you will return the same way you came. The trail is suitable for all skill levels and is perfect for a leisurely hike or a family outing. Remember to bring plenty of water, wear comfortable walking shoes, and check the weather forecast before heading out. Enjoy the serene beauty of the Shibaong Mountain trail!
