This hiking route takes you to the stunning area of Monte Cornet/Gerbal. With a total distance of 6.514 kilometers and an elevation gain of 666 meters, this trail is categorized as difficult and is estimated to take around 3 hours and 10 minutes to complete.
Starting at the designated parking area, you will begin your journey towards Monte Cornet/Gerbal. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest. About 2.65 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Bocchetta di Spessola saddle, offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
As you continue on the trail, approximately 0.68 kilometers from the start, you will find the Bivacco Scengher shelter where you can take a break and rest. Further along, at 1.55 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the ruins of an ancient site, adding a historical touch to your hike.
