As you continue along the trail, you will pass by the Petit Lac du Col and the Lac des Gentianes, offering beautiful views and serene surroundings. These water bodies are located around the 6.53 and 5.83 kilometers mark, respectively.

Further along the route, you will encounter the Col des Gentianes, a saddle point located at 6.18 kilometers. This spot provides a stunning vantage point to take in the surrounding landscape.

For those looking to explore peaks, the trail also leads to the Soum d'Aspé and the Pic d'Estom Soubiran, located at 9.26 and 6.5 kilometers into the hike, respectively. These peaks offer panoramic views of the area.

Additionally, hikers can visit the Aire de bivouac campsite, situated right at the beginning of the trail, offering a convenient resting place for overnight stays.
