This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Krumpalmhütte in Austria. The trail is a circular route, starting at an elevation of 934 meters and reaching its peak at 1417 meters at Krumpalmhütte.

As you begin your hike, you will pass by Hirnalm, a cozy restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat before starting your adventure. Just a short distance away, you will find a parking area for those arriving by car.

Continuing on, after about 3 kilometers, you will come across the Krumpalmhütte alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Throughout the hike, you will also encounter various points of interest such as drinking water stations, information points, a waterfall named Krumpenbachfall, and even a cave entrance.

As you make your way back towards the starting point, you will pass by more informational points and a bench where you can rest and take in the scenery.

This circular route covers a distance of 6.6 kilometers with an elevation gain of 459 meters. It is of moderate difficulty due to its length and elevation, so be sure to come prepared with proper hiking gear, plenty of water, and snacks.
