The hike is relatively short, with a distance of 0.613 kilometers and no significant elevation gain, making it super easy for hikers of all levels. However, it offers a delightful journey through the surrounding area.

At the beginning of the trail, you will come across several parking areas where you can leave your vehicle before starting your adventure. As you continue, you will pass by the impressive Schloss Bischofszell, a historic castle located 0.16 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along, you will encounter the Bogenturm city gate, situated 0.28 kilometers from the beginning.

For those interested in industrial history, the Alte Papierfabrik and Historische Papiermaschine PM1 are worth a visit, located at the start of the trail. Nature enthusiasts will also appreciate the Stadtteich and nearby water features along the way.
