This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Rifugio Alpe Campo Superiore, located in the Nord di Sattal region. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 4.398 kilometers and an elevation gain of 648 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area, which is perfect for leaving your car before you start your adventure. Further along, you will pass by the Fontana delle tre acque, a drinking water fountain where you can refill your water bottle and stay hydrated during your hike.
Midway through the trail, you will encounter the Fontana consortile, another fountain that offers a refreshing stop for hikers. And finally, at the end of the route, you will reach Rifugio Alpe Campo Superiore, an alpine hut where you can take a break, enjoy the stunning views, and maybe even spend the night if you choose to continue your adventure the next day.
