This hiking route takes you through the picturesque area surrounding Oude Haagseweg in Amsterdam. The trail is a circular route, making it easy to navigate and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way.
Starting off, you'll come across a convenient parking area just 0.01 kilometers from the trail. As you continue on, you'll encounter several water features, some of which are closer to the beginning of the trail, while others are located further along. Be sure to stop by the beach area around 0.46 kilometers into the hike for a peaceful and relaxing break.
Further along the trail, you'll find more water features and beach areas to admire. There are also picnic sites and artwork installations to enjoy, perfect for a leisurely stroll. As you approach the midway point of the hike, you'll come across a restaurant called Paviljoen Aquarius, offering a chance to refuel and recharge.
Throughout the hike, you'll find benches scattered along the trail for resting and taking in the surroundings. One notable bench is the "Bankje van Henk (Gerritsen)" located around 0.13 kilometers from the trail.
