This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with varied landscapes and natural attractions. The trail is 7.838 kilometers long with no elevation gain, making it a relatively easy hike in terms of terrain.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Étang de la Filée, a picturesque water feature located just 0.24 kilometers from the trail. Further along, at the 0.86-kilometer mark, you will find L'Epicurien, a restaurant where you can stop for a meal or a refreshment.

Continuing on, at the 1.45-kilometer mark, you will reach a shelter for a potential rest stop. At the 1.87-kilometer point, there are multiple water features including access points to quench your thirst along the way.

Around the midway point, at 2.27 kilometers, you will find Le Relais Cote Ouest and Bar Tabac Relais Cote Ouest, offering sustenance options for hikers. There is also a parking area close by for those arriving by car.

Towards the end of the trail, at the 1.94-kilometer mark, there is another shelter available for hikers. Finally, at the 2.75-kilometer mark, there is a parking area just before you reach the last water feature on the trail.
