Located in the beautiful region of Sankt Michael im Lungau, this hiking route offers a scenic and easy adventure for nature enthusiasts. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 3.196 kilometers and no elevation gain, making it suitable for hikers of all levels.

As you begin your journey, you'll come across the Weltcupstüberl restaurant, where you can grab a quick bite before hitting the trail. Continuing on, you'll pass by the shelter at 0.09 kilometers from the start, providing a nice resting spot along the way.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 1.52 kilometers from the start, you'll find a peaceful water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle and taking in the serene surroundings. Further along, at 1.6 kilometers, there are more water points as well as the Gasthaus Zur Glashütte restaurant at 0.4 kilometers, offering a delightful dining option with a view.

As you make your way back, be sure to check out the various attractions scattered along the trail. From the 8 Lichtdusche and 7 Fingerwanderweg attractions at 1.6 and 1.53 kilometers respectively, to the Camera obscura at 0.49 kilometers, there's plenty to see and explore.
