This hiking route takes you through the stunning area of Traseu turistic Creasta Pietrei Craiului. The 14.349-kilometer trail offers a challenging journey with an elevation gain of 1169 meters, making it extremely difficult but rewarding for experienced hikers.

Starting at the parking area, you will pass by various points of interest along the way. At around 4.97 kilometers from the start, you will reach Șaua Funduri, a beautiful saddle where you can take in the panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, at approximately 3.09 kilometers from the start, you will come across Crucea Grănicerului, an attraction worth exploring.

For those in need of a break, Refugiul Saua Funduri, a shelter, is located about 4.8 kilometers from the start, providing a rest stop for hikers. As you approach the 7.17-kilometer mark, you will reach Pietricica, a peak offering breathtaking views of the area.

During your hike, be sure to stop by La Prepeleag, another interesting attraction located around 4.06 kilometers from the start. Additionally, a viewpoint can be found at 7.17 kilometers from the beginning, giving you a chance to admire the scenic beauty of the surroundings.
