This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with a total distance of approximately 7.009 kilometers and an elevation gain of 234 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 2 hours and 12 minutes to complete.

Starting at a parking area, you will begin your journey along the trail. Along the way, you will come across several points of interest. About 3.5 kilometers from the start, you'll find a water source where you can rest and refill your water bottle. As you continue, at around 3.34 kilometers from the start, there is another water spot nearby.

Further ahead, at just 0.15 kilometers from the start, you'll pass by another water point. Continuing on, at 0.48 kilometers from the start, you can explore the ruins of the Ancienne église Notre-Dame-de-Laval. Nearby, at 0.47 kilometers from the start, you'll also find the remains of the Ancienne synagogue.

As you trek along, at 0.44 kilometers from the start, you'll encounter the historic Château Inférieur. Make sure to stop by and admire the castle ruins. About 0.59 kilometers from the start, you can visit the ruins of the Ancien hôpital des Anglais.

Towards the end of the trail, there's a tomb called Le tombeau du roi, located at a distance of 0.59 kilometers from the start. Make sure to pay your respects before heading back on the same route.
