Welcome to the hiking route to Planina Koren Direct!

This moderate 5.239-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 217 meters will take you approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will find parking available right at the beginning of the route. As you begin your journey, you can stop at the restaurant located 0.21 kilometers from the start for a quick snack or meal. Further along the trail, at the 2.28-kilometer mark, you will find a water source, and at 2.5 kilometers, there is a shelter for a rest and to enjoy the surroundings.

Keep an eye out for another restaurant at the 0.15-kilometer mark, slightly off the trail. As you continue hiking, you will come across a second water source at the 2.62-kilometer point.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as there are limited water sources along the trail. It is also advisable to check the weather forecast before heading out, as conditions can change quickly in the mountains.
