This hiking route will take you through a beautiful area, culminating at Vrh Korena peak. The trail is circular, covering a distance of 8.406 kilometers with an elevation gain of 516 meters, so be prepared for a challenging hike that will take approximately 3 hours and 14 minutes to complete.
As you start your journey, you'll find a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. About 2.28 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across a water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle and taking a rest. Further along, at the 2.5 kilometer mark, there is a shelter where you can take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature.
Around the midway point of the hike, at approximately 4.01 and 4.03 kilometers, you'll encounter informative spots where you can learn more about the area and its significance. As you continue towards the peak, at 4.06 kilometers, you'll reach Vrh Korena, a picturesque natural peak offering breathtaking panoramic views.
During the hike, you'll also pass by a restaurant at 0.21 kilometers from the start, and another one at 0.15 kilometers from the start, perfect for a meal before or after your adventure.
