This extremely difficult 13.24-kilometer out-and-back hiking route will lead you through the beautiful natural surroundings of Txorrotxaga.

Starting at the Parking Publico, you will begin your journey with a gentle ascent towards Alto de Quiñones, a peak located 5.24 kilometers from the start. The trail will take you past Chaparral Grande, another peak situated 4.5 kilometers into the hike. Be sure to take in the stunning views along the way.

At the 0.2-kilometer mark, you will come across a drinking water source, which can be a great spot to refill your water bottle. As you continue onwards, you will reach Txorrotxaga, the final peak of the hike, located 6.62 kilometers from the starting point. This peak offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding area.

With an elevation gain of 321 meters, this route is not for the faint of heart. Be sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and sturdy hiking shoes. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before setting out, as conditions can change quickly in the mountains.
