This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and historical landmarks. The trail is 4.529 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 146 meters, making it relatively easy and suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. Around 0.38 kilometers into the hike, you will discover the ruins of the Vieux moulin, a historic site that offers a glimpse into the past. Further along, at 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will find Le Fair Play, a bar where you can grab a quick snack or drink.

Near the halfway point of the hike, at 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Monument aux morts de Vingrau, a memorial honoring the fallen. Just a short distance away, also at 0.2 kilometers from the start, is Lou Barral, a restaurant where you can refuel and relax.

Throughout the trail, you will find several drinking water stations and benches for resting and taking in the surroundings. An attraction worth noting is the peak at 2.26 kilometers from the start, offering incredible views of the landscape.

Before embarking on this hike, ensure you have an adequate water supply, proper footwear, and check the weather forecast. This out-and-back route provides a leisurely adventure with a mix of nature, history, and amenities along the way.
