This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning peaks and natural landmarks. The trail spans approximately 9.8 kilometers and offers an elevation gain of 229 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding journey that will take around 2 hours and 50 minutes to complete.

As you start your hike, you'll come across the Taubenkropf peak, situated just 40 meters away from the trail. Further along the trail, at around 2.2 kilometers, you'll find the Altes Zeughaus restaurant where you can take a break and enjoy a meal.

Continuing on, you'll encounter the Teichsteinblick viewpoint at 2.1 kilometers from the start, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you make your way back, you'll pass by the Sommerwand peak, located 3.9 kilometers from the start.

Throughout the hike, there are several picnic sites, benches, and information points available for hikers to rest and learn more about the area. Remember to bring enough water, wear proper hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging adventure.

One of the highlights of this route is the Jortansturm peak, located at the end of the trail.
