This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes and several points of interest along the way. The trail is 3.066 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 75 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

Starting at the parking area near Buschmühle, you will pass by the Buschmühlenturm and Dunkle Wand climbing spots, located approximately 0.18 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along the route, you will encounter peaks such as Kanstein, Kansteinnadel, Keil, Rätselturm, and Regenstein, each offering unique views of the surrounding area.

Midway through the hike, you will come across the Taubenkropf peak, followed by a water feature at 1.11 kilometers from the start. As you continue, you will find the E-Flügel-Wand climbing spot and Kansteinboofe shelter. The trail also passes by information points like Flügel E / Abzweig Hohlfelds Graben and Flügel E / Buschmüllers Räumicht, providing insights into the local area.

At the turnaround point, you will reach the Kanstein-Vorgipfel, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. Along the route, there are facilities such as parking areas, a restaurant at Gasthaus Buschmühle, and the Kansteinboofe shelter for hikers to rest and refuel.
