Hiking : Λόφος Καλογήρου

This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area surrounding Λόφος Καλογήρου. The trail is 2.132 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 72 meters, making it an easy hike that can be completed in around 40 minutes.

As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. After a short distance of 0.03 kilometers, you will reach another parking area that is directly on the trail. Further along the trail, at the 1.07-kilometer mark, you will find Λόφος Καλογήρου, a peak where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Near the peak, at 1.06 kilometers from the start, there is a viewpoint that offers a great vantage point to rest and take in the scenery.

Before heading back, at the 0.44-kilometer mark, there is an information point where you can learn more about the area and its history.

As this is an easy hike, it is suitable for hikers of all levels. However, it is always recommended to bring enough water, wear proper hiking shoes, and check the weather forecast before starting your adventure.
