This challenging hiking route in the Weinschnabel area is a 10.4 kilometers out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 790 meters, taking approximately 4 hours and 23 minutes to complete.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by "Karavans" parking area and "Kölnbreinstüberl" restaurant, perfect spots to park your car and grab a bite before embarking on your adventure. As you hike further along the trail, you'll come across "Marchkarscharte" saddle and "Weinschnabel" peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Make sure to stop by the "Arlboden" and other information points along the way to learn more about the area's history and natural features. "Water" points are also available approximately 4.5 kilometers into the hike for you to refill your bottles.
For a well-deserved rest, you can relax at the "bench" areas scattered throughout the trail, offering a peaceful place to take in the scenery. Additionally, there are several "viewpoints" where you can capture stunning photos of the surroundings.
